They are perfect if you are a rich, evil landlord who rents out hovels to illiterate drunks from Penrith. They do keep good records and know how to keep the books and insurance. However, if you are an owner-occupier who needs something done then I would advise you to steer well clear. You will spend days trying to get past the young girls at reception to get help from someone who knows what they're doing.
