They consistently provide a professional and satisfying shopping experience equipped with courteous and knowledgable staff who go above and beyond to meet and exceed the needs of each customer, both new and regular. During my numerous visits I have noticed that the store remains clean, well-stocked, and well-presented throughout even the busiest periods of the year. Blooms' prices are competitive and their range of products is extensive. Staff always have time to lend a helping hand, whether it is explaining a new product, training newer staff to serve customers, or providing prescriptions. The general atmosphere of the store is elegant and soothing, which is exactly what you want from a chemist; not overly frenetic or industrial like some other stores. The pharmacist Rachel has been particularly helpful and professional in her conduct, and has helped me on a number of occasions.
